step to download and use kernel of µclinux

Hello,

I would like to know the step to be followed for download the kernel µclinux and how to configure my processor NIOS II (with MMU)

Knowing that I work with ubuntu 8.10 in my host PC

and the available board to me is FPGA cyclone II
