Stand-Alone Lightweight IP tcp test

hello!

I have somebody test Stand-Alone Lightweight IP udp test,the receive speed can achieve 80Mb/s,but no send test.I test my program is 41Mb/s(send).I want to know how to speed this speed.more ,i want to test tcp receive and send test!!but i wrote the program cant work well!!can somebody show me the tcp test example?
