sources for JtagClock or how to set default jtag clock

I am trying to set jtag clock permanent for 6M. Now it is 16M.

Where can i find source for jtagconfig utility which able to do it?

Can i change it by editing ~/.jtag.conf? Which parameter to use?

    If you file a service request someone should be able to tell you how to do that (you don't need the source code for the jtagconfig utility). I'm not sure if it can be hardcoded in the .jtag.conf file but if it can't then the necessary command can be added to your startup script to make sure it gets set lower.
