SOPC output settings for CFI

I'm new in using Nios ii and SOPC, I want to access the external flash memory. My problem is the setting provided from CFI in SOPC only have 5 outputs(Address, data, WE,OE,CE); so I want to ask that how to set(assign) WP, Reset and Byte pin for external flash. Thanks a lot.

    Perhaps tie the signals through a pio or an internally defined mode register? Are you using a demo board? Is it a proprietary design? are the nets on the PCB that tie these signals to the FPGA?
