sopc 5.0 error evaluation of tcl script

I am receiving the following error when I generate my processor in sopc 5.0

Error: Evaluation of Tcl script std_1s25_setup_quartus.tcl unsuccessful

ERROR: Project does not exist or has illegal name characters: C:/FPGA/TAC/. Specify a legal project name.

while executing

"project_open C:/FPGA/TAC/"

(file "std_1s25_setup_quartus.tcl" line 2)

I looked in one of my old 4.2 compiles, and the script is looking for the project .qpf

I can't find where I need to set the project for this sopc tcl script.

any help is greatly appreciated.
