[sockit cyclone v] preloader issue boot from QSPI flash

1 . i can see msg from DS-5 debug;

2 . write the preloader-mkpimage.bin to QSPI;

3 . reboot;

4 . i can't get any msg from the uart;

can anyone help me ? tks !
