simulation

I know that i can make a simulation with Quartus. How about NIOS and uClinux ? There is a way to simulate before upload everything to the board ? I ask it because my board stay at the University...

I'm having the same problem. You can do simulation with the NiosII IDE right clicking on your project and choosing "run as"->"niosII instruction set simulator".

I haven't been able to do simulations with a nios inside QuartusII. Can you tell me if you find out how to do it?

If you use only an on-chip memory you should be able to do it, I think.
