SignalTap and NIOSII

I have downloaded the Application Note 323: Using SignalTapII Embedded Logic Analyzers in SOPC Builder Systems as well as the associated design files. However these design files do no work with my Altera Cyclone II 2C35 Development board. The SOPC Builder claims that this design only works with a Cylcone device. Has anyone else had this problem? What should I do ? Does anyone know where I can get the up-to-date design files for this board
