SDRAM and SRAM problems downloading elf

I have attempted to replace an on chip memory in a system with both SRAM and SDRAM controllers on an Arria V starter board. I am unable to download programs to the board after swapping out the memory. What's weird is that the error message says that the verify fails on a section of memory that is on-chip. Any tips?

    did u solve the problem ?

    I am facing the same problem with Cyclone IV. I switched Memories (SDRAM with SRAM) and im having verify problems
