SDcard to Cyclone II Schematics

Hi I want to interface SDcard or MicroSD to EP2C8Q208.

1. Do I need to drive SD_CLK to PLL_Out pin or I can use any regular I/O on Cyclone

2. I want to use SPI mode so only 4 signals are used, is this schematic correct and is there some other examples of connecting SDcard to Cyclone FPGA.

3. I think also that adding 10K resistor on CLK signal is not best idea.
