Mine was found at:

C:\altera\kits\nios2_51\documents\nios_cyclone_1c12_eval\nios2_evaluation_1c12_board_schematic.pdf

Or you could perform a search in your HD for the file named:

nios2_evaluation_1c12_board_schematic.pdf
