try talking to your altera fae if you have one... they can give them out usually, but it's just not public domain.

I don't have an FAE. I bought this board in their online store. How can the schematic not be public domain when they bing out several headers and for interfacing? How are you supposed to evalute it entirely if you cannot interface it to hardware. Besides, the yhave a bread board area on the board.
