Safe to upgrade to NIOS ide 2.1.2

This was discussed in another topic thread. The discussion ended with... Don't do it.

I'll search for the thread, but really, if you want things to work, don't do it.

That thread was about an upgrade from version 2.1.x to version 3.0.x.

I just wonder if it is possible to upgrade from version 2.1.2 (current version) to version 2.1.3.

F.Y.I. : As mentioned in my other thread, I did succeed to upgrade the CVS plugin to use SSH2 connection.
