After I install Quartus5.0 Nios5.0,I find these errors comes out frequently. Using cable "ByteBlasterII ", device 1, instance 0x00
Processor is already paused
Reading System ID at address 0x0200...

you worked with q4.1 and nios 1.1 and then downloaded and updated to q5.0 nios5.0 , without a change in your design only just a recompile of the whole project ?
