Routing with Standalone LWIP

Hello,

I am sort of a newbie when it comes to NIOS and LWIP, and I am wondering if there is any sort of way implement routing (using the Cyclone I eval board as the router) using the LWIP standalone library? Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
