Request: Neek network example using TSE or Igor Mac

For some reason networking on my Cyclone II with a National Semiconductor DP83848 Phy is really giving me a hard time. I can get the kernel to boot just fine but networking never seems to work.

I downloaded the SLS linux examples but they all use the SLS MAC, which I would rather not have to license as well. Surely someone has made either the TSE MAC or the Igor MAC work on the Neek. If so could I get a copy of the hardware project and the kernel configuration that worked for you?
