Regenerating Your BSP in Eclipse

How do you regenerate the BSP (eg after changing the sopc file), the make file and manual just contain the rather uninformative:

In the Nios II Software Build Tools for Eclipse, right-click the BSP project, point to Nios II, and click Generate BSP.

Without giving any indication of where on the screen these items are.

    left column in your perspective, there are the folders with your BSP and your applications.

    righ click over the folder with the name you chose when you create your BSP.
