1 - The sales rep can tell you about licensing for individual IP cores or design software. Nobody else really can.

2 - uC/OS-II will continue to function without issue. Micrium has always been very good about using uC/OS-II for education purposes. As long as you're not mass producing or selling your product and it's just for your graduation project, don't worry about it. If you are going to make and sell a product, you need to license the OS from Micrium or you will be violating law.
