Quartus Projects for Altera Dev Board

I'm reading the Readme.txt notes, and in# 1 it says I need to contact Microtronix to get the Quartus Projects for the various Altera Development Boards. So, how can I get them?

are you reading the Nios II or Nios readme.txt?

The designs should come with those.
