Quartus II Webedition Licensing

Hi all Im new to this forum,

I purchased a DE2 board, installed Quartus II (web edition), MegaIPCore and NIOS II EDS. I am tring to run the hardware design example provided with the NIOS II Embedded Design Suite. Every time I try to generate this NIOS II system from the SOPC builder it fails saing "CANNOT GENERATE ddr_SDRAM.

Is it a path problem/ licensing problem?

I didn't get license for the MegaCoreIP. I got licens for Quartus II with my NIC id because I do not know how to find the software guard ID?? Can anyone help me

    SDRAM is not licensed for web edition
