Quartus II segfaults ..

Have anyone else experienced this problem:

after upgrading my CPU from AMD64 to AMD64 X2 (dual core), Quartus segfaults at startup. I'm running MandrivaLinux 2006 64bit (as I was before upgrading the CPU).

Help .....

I hope Altera once in a not to distant future will abandon that MickeyMouse-toy called Mainwin, and provide a proper Linux-port of Quartus http://forum.niosforum.com/work2/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/mad.gif
