Quartus II 7.0 System requirements

What are the system requirements to install Quartus II 7.0. I have 1Gb of RAM and seems to be not enough to install it, I get "Program too big to fit in memory" error message. I haven't problems ...

I don&#39;t have such a problem.what&#39;s your target device of your design?

cycloneIII needs only 512-1024 MB memory
