Quartus 61 jtagconfig pb

Here the JTAG server suddenly dies and does not restart.

This happens ONLY when there is traffic on the JTAG.

Quartus SignalTap and Prommer will not find the JTAG Server and Q61 needs to be shut down and restartet. This is also the same with the Nios Ide as the nios-terminal will die too but the nios-terminal task is still present and needs 1 cpu core 100% until killed.

But, the command line based prommer works ...

currently no chance to trigger for a sudden event that happens now and then, cause jtag server will die shortly before the event occours :-( arrrghhh ...
