Quartus 5 Eclipse not Building "Hello World" or any other Code on Windows-7 Machine

I guess you didn't create a new project but you moved it or copied from another system, so it seems it is missing some file reference.

Try a project clean and rebuld all. If this doesn't work, probably you need to change some directory name inside project properties.

If you can't solve it, you'd better create a new project from scratch.
