quartus 13.1 not the generate sof file running Nios ii and Qsys tutorial

Hi everybody,

I'm using Quartus 13.1,Qsys and Nios II tutorial but when i'm use the compiler don't generate the sof file for Nios II recognize

any help will be very appreciated.
