Program the Compact Flash

I am a student of telecomunications in Spain.I am very grateful to NIOS forum. I am working on including the Compact Flash in the Web server that Altera suplies. I have all the functions to read the CF but I don't know how to include in the project. If anyone could help me,

I think I need to obtain the system support to access files on CF card, where can I obtain that????
