Problems with webserver on 1C20 dev kit

I have focused recently on the ethernet part of my design and am using dev board with Cyclone I have received for my NiosII kit as an example. I hooked it up to my LAN hub, the same hub my pc-work...

Your first problem this may be a problem with the auto negotiation of the link speed in the lan91c111 driver that showed up on some hubs, this was fixed for the 1.01 kit. I suggest upgrading to that kit.
