problems with makefile

Hi,

I have installed the new Versions (6.1) of Quartus and the NIOS tools. Now when I build my project the build process is abborted wit the error message:

" /gnu_rules.mk:240: *** multiple target patterns."

Parts of the source code are used by different projects and so I use a linked folder for this code. If I don't use linked Folders (copy the code into the project folder)then the project will be build without an error.

Is there a solution without copying the files to the project folders?
