problems about SOPC-Builder

hello,everyone

When I compile my project with SOPC-Builder,the .cdf file is time-limited.However,this thing doesn't happen if I compile other VHDL projects. I used Nios2,version 5.1,and I use my own target board and sram.Is it possible that my sram is time-limited?I'm confused.Thank you .

    No, the SRAM component is not time limited (it is too simple) but SDRAM may be. In your case probably Nios II is time limited, check if you have an active license for it. Did you install Nios II 6.0 and you still use the 5.1 license, this will probably not work, you will probably have to downgrade back to 5.1 or pay for a 6.0 license IPR-NIOS (US$495).
