do you use initramfs? the initramfs may be incorrect or /init missing.
look at usr/initramfs_list in kernel dir.
do you use kernel command line string? it should be blank.
have you tried the prebuilt zimage?

I boot the uclinux on the target board sucessfully.
I think the cause is that I forgot type the commnn "make romfs".
