Problem with installing Yocto plugin

I followed http://www.rocketboards.org/foswiki/documentation/yoctoplugin to install the YcotoPlugun. I successfully executed $wget http://download.altera.com/akdlm/software/acdsinst/13.0/156/ib_installers/linux-socfpga-13.02-rc10-src.bsx and $ chmod +x linux-socfpga-13.02-RC10-src.bsx. I failed to run sudo ./linux-socfpga-13.02-RC10-src.bsx because ./sources/bind-9.8.1.tar.gz

Installing Linaro toolchain to /opt/altera-linux/linaro

sed: can't read /opt/altera-linux/bin/install_altera_socfpga_src.sh: No such file or directory
