Problem using NIOSII command terminal

There are well known conflicts between Cygwin and various device drivers, particular the webcam drivers from Logitech. Disable the webcam drivers and I think you&#39;ll have better luck...provided that this is what&#39;s causing your issue, that is :-)

You are right, I run into the same problem, and after disabling the camera, I could finaly compile my project with Nios EDS
