Problem to download the correct.SOF

Hello, i'm working on NIOS II with a cyclone III bemicro. I quote this problem:

"The software you are downloading may not run on the system which is currently

configured into the device. Please download the correct SOF or recompile.

Restarting target processor"

When i regenerate with Quartus Programmer a.SOF file, it does nothing or it appears the same message.

Could anybody :) help me?

    You need to program the FPGA, via JTAG, with the current sof file using the quartus programmer.

    And how can this be done? I am new to the NIOS II DE0 board. Please could you tell us how to program the FPGA via JTAG with the current sof file using quartus programmer?
