According the error 

Error: Bad or corrupt 'class.ptf' file for module LCD
, I think the class.ptf of LCD is not created correctly. Try to use "new components" to create the class.ptf. I got the trouble,too. See post 2 lcd (http://www.niosforum.com/forum/index.php?act=st&f=2&t=1984)
