Honored Contributorplease, i am using a niosII development kit and i try to configure the cyclone FPGA using altera USB blaster cable, with a simple program which outputs 00000111 on the leds connected to cyclone pins but after programming using quartusII software, something strange had happened, the first three leds had blinked and ERROR control led (which gives red light) also blinked, what is this mean?
