You should post this on the uclinux forum.

What do you want to do with your project?

There are some audio related apps in uCLinux-dist.

There are some interesting DSP related projects on blackfin uclinux forum. You should have a look at them. Some of them can be ported in Nios2, too.

How did you do ./configure ?
