Power Monitor in ubuntu 12.04.5 LTS using Stratix V GX

I'm trying to measure the power consume in stratix v using wine to emulate the BTS(Board Test System). The BTS works fine, but when i click in button Power Monitor, the message in the link below and in attachments it's show.
