Possible to determine System ID from POF?

I know this is a long shot - but - could it be possible? (i.e. I've stumbled across a series of .POF files in Windows Explorer - and would like to know their system IDs)

i've had no success tracing a change in a sof after changing a single register value. i don't think its possible but i'm interested to see other input.
