pins allocation of CF Interface

There's a tech note somewhere with the CF component stuff that says that most (all?) of the Nios demo boards have CF reset wired wrong; it should have gone to the Altera, but instead it goes to the 7128. As a result, the CF component cannot reset the CF on demand. This basically meanss you can't hot-swap it.

Leave reset_n_cf_from_cf0 unconnected in your demo design. In a real design, you would run it directly to the pin on the CF slot.
