pause problem

Hi,everyone.

I need your help . I feel the NiosII IDE is not very kind for me .It dosen't tell me where is wrong .I don't know how to modify my project .After build completed ,it come out this problem:

Pausing target processor: not responding.

Resetting and trying again: FAILED

Leaving target processor paused

please give me some advice .Thank you.
