Opencore i2c issue

I am using opencore IP I2c module in my design. I instantiated 3 I2c modules in my qsys system and assign the address properly. However, I found only one i2c module works well while another 2 don't work. I double checked my design and I didn't see issues. Anyone confronts the similar problem before?
