OpenCore Emac dosen't work!

I have a OpenCore EMAC bought from Microtronix. I installed and built it in Quartus 4.2 and Nios II IDE 1.1 according to Linux and OpenCore guide manual and then uploaded it to Nios 2 Evaluation Kit,...

I purchased it from Microtronix Corporation, not Altera. I have tried to do all things specified by Linux Manual and Microtronix's OpenCore EMAC method. But I can't operate it on Nios II evaluation kit. If Microtronix-related engineer see my complaint about EMAC, Why does not she/he respond it? At least, I think they must tell me about that problem.
