No rule to make target

Hello, I have an error with the new version nios10 and i cannot even work with helloworld.. make[1]: *** no rule to make target `obj/alt_irq_register.o', needed by `libtesttwocan_syslib.a'...

maybe these stuff will help

1) i have no spaces in the path

2) everthing was working fine on version 9 before installing version 10

3) i checked the enviroment variable of the SOPC_KIT_NIOS2 and change it to c:\altera\[version]nios2eds\bin

It is still not working

Any ideas please
