Hi K V Naresh,

you got to use that .sof

/altera/kits/nios2_50/examples/verilog/niosII_stratix_1s10/linux/linux_time_limited.sof

or

/altera/kits/nios2_50/examples/verilog/niosII_stratix_1s10_ES/linux/linux_time_limited.sof

depending on your board.
