No DOS windows show up ...

I am using the uclinux 2.6.9 with Nios II IDE 1.1. When following the instructions of the uslinux doc, the dos windows didn't show up when I "configure the kernel".

Could you give me any hints about this?

    Have you just installed NiosII1.1 before ? Have you already compiled a simple project ?

    Yes, I have built the Hello World by NiosII without the uclinux successfully. What kind of simple projects do you mean?

    did u have any antispyware agent running in the background, coz these program seem to stop the prompt to pop up... they think it is a spyware .
