NiosII-Not able to Port Software on Cyclone Dev. Board

hello There,

I have Altera NiosII Development kit Cyclone Edition Board (EP1C20F400C7)

1. I port the Nios Hardware (full featured design .sof file) on Development board

2. Create Simple Hello Word Code and trying to port on board using run as nios-Hardware.

3. It Generate an Error saying that (please see attache print-shot of error)

"can not initialize the niosii console view for use byte stream services may still be open by another process like "nios2-terminal"
