NiosII IDE require the Administrator privilege?

Hi all,

I need to port my project and build it on a shared machine (running windows XP pro sp2) in my office, and I don not have the Administrator password. My account on that machine belongs to the Power user group. Each time when I tried to start the NiosII IDE I got an error and says the details are logged in a file which I paste below.

Can anybody give me some suggestion on this?? Thank you!!
