NIOSII error - DE2 example

I was trying to test a niosII system in a DE2 board but I got no success. This error message appears: https://www.alteraforum.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=8550 "Project conversion failed for project hello_led_0 with the following error: Error loading Managed project information for project hello_led_0. The tool definitions used to create the project are not available."

I'm using quartus 13.0, i don't know if I will need to change to another version older.

So, when the NiosII-Eclipse starts the BUILD ALL doesn't work, and in Project/Properties/ Builders is write "Missing builder (com.altera.ide.core.alterabuilder)"

Could anyone help me?

    I changed the Quartus II to an older version (13.0 to 12.0) and it worked fine. Also i'm using now SOPC instead QSYS (QSYS was giving me error too, but I'll try to figure out the problem)
