NIOSII addressing for 32 bit wide SDRAM

Will attach the code. Code will eventually be for two 32 bit devices

so there are a few small hacks related to this but otherwise fairly clean code.

Code is a c file but changed to .txt for upload.

DDR2 is still running at 200MHz.

I will take a look simulating this.
