Honored ContributorOther jobs disturbed me,so sorry for the long time no response. the address 0x02000000 is the base address of the sdram of my ptf file. And I try the method as Carlob told me, starting the processor at the 2/3 of the sdram, but unluckily I got to fail once again. the problem was the same as before, thus I should debug the kernel, the board was customized by my colleague not using Altera development board, only with Cyclon II FPGA on the board.
where is the board path ? is it in the directory uClinux-dist or linux-2.6 in addition for that the JTAG cable was copied by ourselves according to the designe model on the internet, so the jtag warning could be ignored here. Because I can use NiosII IDE 8.0 to run or debug the application on the nios2 naked without any OS.
